War Thunder Cheat DPI Scale and VSync Options

DPI Scale is an interface scaling option. VSync is a vertical synchronization option. Both are Misc Options.

Why they exist

Menus on high-DPI monitors can be tiny or huge. VSync can reduce tearing in an overlay. Neither is documented as a frame-time cheat or FPS unlock for War Thunder itself.
